Love this fabric flower!  Just simple synthetic fabric cut in several petal sizes (approximately 4-8 tiny petals for the middle, 10 small petals, 15 medium petals, and 10-15 large petals), singe the edges, and sew together.  This makes a huge flower for a child-size headband, so you should cut down for a baby headband.
